Our tipis are furnished and equiped with:

  • 2 Single Sized Beds with Fresh Bedding & Linens (Space to add one cot)
  • Wood stove for warmth, personal cooking, or just ambience
  • Table & Chairs
  • All the wood you need
  • One propane cooker
  • Fire extinguisher
  • Fire starter and oil lamp.

Things you need to bring:

  • Warm sleeping bag and flashlight

 

 

Chek in time: 11 am or 9 pm
Guests are encouraged to call
prior to arrival.

Rates

All rates are per day, per person without Colorado State Taxes (5.9%).

$55 first night/person,
Discount $5/person on the 2nd night,
The 3rd night is $45/person,
Discount an other $5 on the 4th night,
$35/person/night from 5th night and up

Children under 12 are 50%  off, with an adult.

50% down payment required. NO refundable if cancelation is not made prior to 48 hours in advance to arrival.

Well behaved dogs are welcome.
